Beautiful Brooklyn

My "little" - she's almost as tall as I am - cousin Brooklyn was a mentoree in the Harvest Festival Queen Pageant this past weekend so we took the girls out for some formal shots. Brooke, you looked so beautiful and we are all soooo proud of you!! Hope you enjoy these...

excuse the "noise" in the photo above and the photo below... it was pretty dark at that point and I haven't thrown any of these pics through photoshop yet... they are straight out of the camera.

Church Camp Fun!!

This summer we had the chance to spend a few days at Manhattan Beach Camp. If you ever have the opportunity to take in a bit of the camp experience... GO!! It is awesome. Great services, great worship, and GREAT FRIENDS!!!! HUGE thanks to the Shelvey's for their amazing hospitality - you are wonderful, wonderful people. Be blessed!
(all of these pics are straight out of the camera)

If you look closely you can see the rock that he is trying to skip
(right in the middle of the picture)

poor thing looks like she's stuck in the middle of the ocean...

How sweet are these girls...

Look at those little feet... awwww

I took these pictures while I was driving to camp... total fluke that these worked...after A LOT of pictures of everything BUT the wind turbines (the sky, the ground, the inside of my van...) I finally got a few that turned out pretty good. Not too bad for not looking at the camera AT ALL!!!

What are little boys made of?

Look at this little sweetheart! I had the honor of photographing little "H" for his birth announcements - how cute is he? His parents are friends of ours and we can't wait to watch our babies grow up together! Congrats Joel & Kathy!
